While we strive for 24/7 availability, the Academy is not responsible for temporary service interruptions due to technical maintenance or third-party infrastructure issues.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refund requests for online courses are governed by our Distance Sales Agreement and consumer protection laws. Once a digital product has been accessed or streamed, refund eligibility may be restricted.
5. User Conduct
Users agree not to use the platform for any unlawful purposes or in a manner that interferes with other users’ access.
Posting offensive, defamatory, or spam content in discussion forums or comment sections is strictly forbidden.

7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. In the event of any disputes arising from these terms, the Courts and Execution Offices of Istanbul shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
