Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Terms
1. Nature of the Service
The Morello Directional Vector (MDV) offered through this website is neither a physical product nor downloadable software.
The service consists of granting the User a limited-time usage right for the MDV, which operates on the TradingView platform.
By completing the purchase, the User acknowledges that they do not acquire ownership of the MDV code or intellectual property, but only a personal license for the duration of the purchased package.
2. Delivery Method
Upon completion of the purchase process:
An educational digital content (e-book) explaining the logic and usage of the MDV is delivered to the User electronically.
The Service Provider will contact the User via email or phone.
Access authorization is granted to the User’s provided TradingView username or email address for the duration of the purchased package.
Delivery does not involve physical shipping; it is performed entirely in a digital environment through access authorization.
3. Package Duration and Usage Rights
The MDV is offered in 3-month, 6-month, and 12-month usage packages.
Usage rights are strictly limited to the duration of the purchased package.
Access expires automatically at the end of the term.
To continue using the tool, the User must purchase a new package. There is no automatic renewal for expired packages.
4. Right of Withdrawal, Cancellation, and Refunds
The service provided is:
Performed instantly in a digital environment,
Based on specific user-access authorization,
Technically and practically impossible to return or revoke once consumed. Therefore, in accordance with Article 15 of the Regulation on Distance Contracts:
There is no right of withdrawal. By completing the purchase, the User explicitly acknowledges and agrees that:
The performance of the service has begun,
A personalized usage right has been defined,
No refund, cancellation, or partial payment request can be made for this service.
5. Scope of Service and Limitation of Liability
The Morello Directional Vector is not an investment consultancy or financial advisory service.
It does not provide buy/sell signals or investment advice.
The Service Provider cannot be held liable for any profits or losses resulting from the User’s financial decisions.
The service only provides access to an analytical indicator.
6. Acceptance and Confirmation
By completing the purchase, the User declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Delivery, Cancellation, and Refund Terms, acknowledging the digital nature of the service and the absence of a refund/withdrawal right.
