Distance Sales Agreement
1. Parties
This Agreement is entered into between the Service Provider and the User who purchases services through the website.
2. Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this Agreement is to regulate the terms and conditions regarding the provision of limited-time usage rights for the Morello Directional Vector (MDV) to the User on the TradingView platform.
3. Performance of Service
The service is performed digitally once the payment process is completed.
The performance of the service is deemed complete as soon as the access authorization is granted to the User.
4. Right of Withdrawal
Since the service provided is a digital service involving specific user-access authorization that cannot be returned or revoked once granted, there is no right of withdrawal (refund) in accordance with distance contract regulations for digital content.
5. Liability and Disclaimer
MDV is not an investment consultancy or advisory service.
The Service Provider shall not be held liable for any profits or losses arising from the transactions or decisions made by the User using the provided tools.
6. Effectiveness
By completing the payment process, the User is deemed to have read, understood, and accepted all the provisions of this Agreement.
